What to include
- Something out of date (a toll, hours, a rule): the page address and what has changed. A link to an official source helps us fix it faster.
- A wait time that looked wrong: the crossing, the direction and roughly when you saw it. We can’t change CBP or CBSA figures, but we can check how ours were worked out.
- The widget, press or partnerships: tell us about your site or organization and what you have in mind. The widget is free to use.
- Privacy requests: our privacy policy explains what we store. Email us to ask about or delete anything tied to your device identifier.
Reporting a wait time
No email needed. If you are in line, use the wait-time buttons on the live page or on any crossing page. Passengers, report from the line; drivers, after you cross.
What we can’t help with
We are not a government agency. We can’t answer questions about your admissibility, immigration status, duty owed or a decision made at the border. Contact the CBSA Border Information Service about entering Canada, or the CBP Information Center about entering the U.S. Our guides summarise the most common rules.
