What is the phone number for the Windsor-Detroit border?

There is no single number. For U.S. customs, CBP lists (313) 226-3141 for the Ambassador Bridge passenger facility and (313) 393-3793 for the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel; the CBP Information Center is 1-877-227-5511. For Canadian customs, call CBSA’s Border Information Service at 1-800-461-9999.

What is the Windsor border port code?

CBSA office numbers are 0453 for the Ambassador Bridge, 0452 for the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel and 0455 for the Gordie Howe International Bridge. On the U.S. side all three belong to CBP’s Port of Detroit, port code 3801.

What is the address of the Ambassador Bridge?

In Windsor, CBSA’s Ambassador Bridge office is at 780 Huron Church Road, Windsor, ON N9C 2K2. On the Detroit side the bridge plaza is in ZIP code 48216, off the I-75 / I-96 interchange.

What is the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel address?

The Detroit entrance is at 100 E. Jefferson Avenue, Detroit, MI 48226. In Windsor, CBSA’s tunnel office is at 35 Park Street East, Windsor, ON N9A 3A8, at Goyeau Street.

Is there a duty-free shop at the Gordie Howe Bridge?

No. The Gordie Howe crossing has no duty-free shop or gas station on either side; the bridge authority says they may be considered later. The Ambassador Bridge and the Tunnel both have duty-free shops on each side, open 24 hours.
